Holidays on the banks of the river and 2 km from the Pont du Gard!

Situated along the river, the Domaine des Gorges du Gardon is an oasis of calm and shade in the heart of the Rhone Valley. Located in Vers-Pont-du-Gard, the campsite is at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist destinations in the region.

The Pont du Gard is 3km by car, but only 1 km by foot! Discover also Uzes (10km), Nîmes and the famous arenas and Maison Carrée (25km) and Avignon with the Palace of the Popes and the theater festival (25km).

In the north, the Ardèche offers hiking and canoeing. In the south, the Camargue offers white horses, black bulls and pink flamingos. And the sea is only an hour's drive away! To the east you can find the Luberon and the famous Mont Ventoux, the Provençal markets, vineyards and truffles. And finally in the west, the Cevennes with Anduze bamboo, the small train of the Cevennes, caves and more. The campsite is the ideal starting point to explore and discover many different landscapes!

To do: go from the campsite by canoe to the Pont du Gard 3 km's further! 
The waterpark on the campsite is open all season long, from April to September. There are 4 water slides, 2 heated pools and a paddling pool with a viper slide! Ideal for a relaxing family holiday!

During the French School Holidays in July and August, we offer free family-friendly activities:

- Well-being: introductions to relaxation, recharging, exotic practices, and breathing (Yoga, Tai Chi, Aqua Relax).

- Sports: sports activities offered in tournaments or self-guided.
- Fun and Creative: pottery, painting, land art, body painting, orienteering, treasure hunts, hut building
- Magical Moments: meet the characters from the world of Farfarolle, Azalée, Plantouille, and Chardon, mini disco, photo sessions. Special for young explorers (ages 4–10): fun activities and nature workshops offered at the kids’ club. The kids’ club welcomes children four mornings a week from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and three afternoons from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Youth activities: pre-teen (ages 11–14) and teen (ages 15–17) activities offered during the day and in the evening (giant challenge games, sports activities).
- Evenings and Gatherings: themed meals, concert nights, open-air cinema, welcome reception, and social moments featuring local gourmet products.
